Love the car wash traditionally but today when I went to add a second car to my original account I was told it wasn't an option and even when I went and added it online the representative and manager said I needed to just buy a second pass and wouldn't let us wash the vehicle even when I showed the confirmation email stating the request is completed and both vehicles should be the account and they wouldn't let us through and told me to contact customer service. I cancelled by subscription several months ago. Taggngo continues to charge me. I have contacted them a number of times and they continue to charge me. They are a dishonest business.
