They treat tenants like crap! They are immature, unprofessional, don't care about issues reported by tenants, and have no idea how to abide by their own lease agreements. Stay away from any property managed by TAG... and owners: find another property mgmt company!
The worst and unprofessional service I have ever had Avoid at all cost of if possible , run!! This company is disorganized, delaying payments to owners account. Manager has not stood by owners side . Once they got your money , they treated you like crap. They could care less about their customers. Very rude !They mailed deposits checks without giving a tracking number !!!
Terrible at their jobs. They were managing our property for about 18 months. They forgot to mow the lawn, forgot to pay the water bill. Ignored phone calls from us after our unit had been broken into. They wanted to raise our rent $500 due to "increase in costs" which was clearly a lie. Do not rent from them. Especially do not rent at 8532 Nesbit. Tag will not take care of you. They will take your money and ignore you after that.
We rented as tenants with TAG realty for around 9 months. Anthony, Kelly, Coralee and the rest of the team took great care of us. They are very fair, reasonable, understanding and compassionate. Would gladly recommend renting from them as tenants based on my experience.
Good, solid family business. Anthony at Tag runs a good company. His office and support staff are first rate. They are honest, fair, responsible and responsive to the renter's needs. I rented from them for almost two years and never had a problem that they didn't take care of right away.
