Stay away! – The owner and property manager are extremely rude! Stay away. Place is a s_ _ _ hole. There's better places to rent. Trust me.
Look elsewhere if you have the time – The Good: Well kept, clean, and quiet. No kids so far that I've seen. Heard a few small dogs that I thought weren't allowed. Older tenants with a few yuppies and young couples.
