I can actually copy & paste other negative yelp feedback as this seems to be this guy's M.O. Non reliable and obviously flakey. Had an appointment for an inspection between 12-3pm, I even called to verify this morning and it was confirmed. He never called or showed so I called him. No answer. I texted & left message, still no response. He must think he is the only one with valuable time. Not even the decency to text. Simply never showed up as if we didn't exist. Nonprofessional.
