I am so glad to see others posting their negative experiences with Taffeta & Tulle. There are severe issues with her communication, professionalism and honesty - I hope that you consider these reviews as warnings and get your dress elsewhere as she will take your money and not deliver on promises! I bought a beautiful skirt from her for my wedding to go with a lace black top I had. My dream was for the skirt bottom to be ombré black and she told me no problem 100% she could do it. This was in February for my October wedding. I was promised pictures of a tester she would do first to get my approval before dying my skirt. Time goes by, no update, unanswered messages. I want to speak of my experience with Taffeta and Tulle in Airdrie. Communication...no follow ups, no mock up as promised .....no deliverance of product and services. Imagine paying $3800 10 months ago and promised X Y Z....having my maid of honour fly from Toronto for this experience. 6 weeks before your wedding you are told there is no dress. There's a list of about 30+ women right now who have been scammed by this business and she has gone non responsive. We've all put in police reports as there's an ongoing investigation for theft/fraud. I've heard there were people still doing orders with her so I post this only to warn you of the ongoing scam we are all facing. Do not give her your money. There's a FB group if you want more details. Most of us are seeking private legal council for damages in addition to the police report. Run.

I wanted to share some positive experience here even though the doors to taffeta and tulle are closing. I got my wedding dress from here for my 2021 wedding and it was the best experience ever. She listened to what I wanted and gave me so many options to make my dreams come true.
