My car was towed Thursday. I continue to call and receive no answers on the status of my car. I've called numerous times and emailed. As of Saturday, still do not know what is wrong with my car, no calls, service is closed, and no car. Service is hideous!!!!!

I leased a new smart car. I have taken it to this dealership and the Maitland, FL dealership 3 times for the same problem with the A/C. It is still not fixed. I was put in touch with a customer service person with Smart Car who told me to take it a fourth time and leave the car until it could be fixed. She said I would not be reimbursed any mileage for all the times I've been to the dealership. Mercedes as a whole has poor customer support in my opinion. My short experience with MB USA has been less than noteworthy. Based on the fact my 2011, tC300 needs a new transmission at 35k and no post warranty assistance, I would never suggest MB to anyone who is looking to purchase a MB. On the flip side, my service rep was as good as they come, decisions were made above his level.
