Loved everything about Tafel and i will be seeing them again very soon.
I went into the dealership at the last minute, on a Friday night. I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and exactly (to the dime) what I was willing to pay. Alisa (sales person) was amazing and made it happen in record time. She should be running the dealership. Noteworthy: none of the fine 'gentlemen' standing around could be bothered to acknowledge me until I was signing the paperwork. Maybe next time I shouldn't go into a Mercedes dealer covered in dog hair after rescuing one. It appears to be frowned upon. #adoptdontshop
I had the best car buying experience and am thrilled with my new car. I researched the car on their website, called about it and made an appointment to see it that day. Joey Sanders worked with me and was great. He answered every question I had, sat through three test drives and helped me pick the right car, which turned out to be the least expensive one. I got exactly what I came for, at the price listed on the website. Completely hassle free.
Very shady business practices here. Called about an advertised vehicle listed at considerably less than MSRP. One minute they were willing to sell the vehicle, it was confirmed available. Once they realized and confirmed the advertised pricing, the vehicle was no longer available and had been transferred to a sister dealership. Nothing they can do. Joey Sanders and the sales manager assisted me. The sales manager also hung up on me!
