First time calling and the receptionist asked me what was my reason to my appointment. Automatically gave me an attitude and assumed as if she was the doctor or knew what was wrong with my ear. Very disrespectful and rude no sense of customer service. Unfortunately I decided not to schedule the appointment because if this is how you get treated before meeting the doctor I dont know want to know the rest.
The doctor and staff were kind and professional. I felt very comfortable during my visit and everything was explained clearly. Even though there was a wait for an appointment, they fit me in sooner than other clinics. Highly recommend!
