I am now waiting over two days for an order for an MRI. This doctor made me wait over an hour for a 2 minute conversation. I would not come back here. I still have no order for an MRI Update: two weeks later after the MRI and no call back.

W/ great surgical care services by Dr Shin and services was delivered in a professional manner . Front Office staff were ok and the back office staff n Xray tech .were nice n courteous . I was seen during my ist post op visit on a timely manner . He hve a good interpersonal relationship w/ patients.
Dr Shin was absolutely wonderful. He was very nice and made all my options easy to understand . He expresses genuine concern, integrity and compassion. I trust and feel 100% confident with Dr Shin and my upcoming procedure. I am honored and appreciate gratefully he is my Doctor Update. 3 months Post Op on Knee replacement. Dr Shin did a fabulous job. My X-rays were on point and I am progressing nicely . Update. Just made my appointment to get my other knee replaced.
