This company is nothing but a scam!! We purchased a 3D camera system ($1344.98) for my parents' car to help them drive safer (They are both over 70) this system was purchased on 3/16/23 (These systems come in unbranded boxes) The very first thing that happened that should have gave us a hint was the list of installers they sent us 90% of them would not install their system! Do not buy their AV jack backup camera! The reviews fooled me, and the quality is so poor that I can't even tell what I'm looking at. When I contacted customer service, an agent advised me to exchange it for the best system they have. However, I had to pay more money and was not allowed to use any of the coupons they keep sending to my email. This company is basically a scam artist. They gave me very bad info about their products size. When I received it and called them out on it, they told me to “rig it”! So I returned the unused product per their instructions with their return authorization number. They refuse to issue a refund and somehow tricked my credit card company into not allowing me to dispute the charge. I strongly recommend finding another company to buy these kind of products from.
