My experience was not good. I scheduled an estimate for scratch repair on hardwood stairs. The initial visit was prompt ( within 1-2 days). I was told to contact them when the runner was removed. I called 2 weeks later and Tadas had no recollection of my name, the proposed job or even having been at my house. He told me to call back later. I tried calling a second time, left a message, but received no call back. I tried texting, and again, no response.

I had a great experience with TWF! Tadas came in with a reasonable quote to revitalize my 24 year old oak hardwood floor and did a beautiful job. I had some very distressed areas that he repaired and you would never know they were there. Tadas was very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend TWF.

Absolutely incredible work. Could not be happier with the service and value. Tadas personally made samples of the finished flooring for us to see what it would look like and his team took incredible care to leave our home literally spotless when the work was complete. Our floors look amazing. Exactly what we wanted.

Tadas has done work for us on three different occasions. Every single time the work is done meticulously, with great communication and good value with respect to pricing. He takes great care to create a dust free environment as well. He shows up when he says and provides updates so you adjust your schedule accordingly. He has restained and also added hardwoods to two rooms in our home. Highly Recommend.
