I ordered a burrito bowl at drive thru & it was horrible. I've ordered & liked a taco salad before & burrito bowl looked the same on the menu board, with other items in it & choice of 2 extra condiments. It was so much smaller than taco salads ordered before & had little to no noticeable meat. I’ve been coming to TacoTime for a while now and honestly it just feels like a place that actually cares. The food is consistently good and the meat is well seasoned, and the portions never leave you hungry. What really keeps me coming back though is the vibe. The staff is genuinely friendly, not in a scripted way, just naturally warm. My order has never been wrong and it never takes long even when it’s busy
I ordered two beef and cheese burritos, one large veggie burrito and one maxi fry. They had set two hot sauce by my order. This is not sufficient for the amount of food that I ordered so I asked for more hot sauce. The attendance gave each other A curious look and then be grudgingly gave me two more hot sauce. I love taco Time, but they’re stinginess on the hot sauce at this location is not good customer service
I had a great experience with Taco Time delivery—the food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and I really enjoyed every bite. The staff was polite and professional, and the overall service was smooth. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards, which made the experience even better. Overall, a very satisfying meal and I would definitely recommend it.
