The service is fast reliable and good, the team is really friendly! And the food is phenomenal! Keep up the awesome work guys!
I visited TacoTime today, about one hour before. There were no customers waiting in line when we arrived. An employee came out from the kitchen, but we were not greeted or acknowledged at all. We waited for about two minutes, and the employee continued to ignore us. She also wearing earbuds while working. Even when a restaurant is quiet, customers should be greeted and acknowledged as soon as they arrive. A simple “Hello, I’ll be with you in a moment” would make a big difference.
