I ordered bean tacos, but when I got home I realized they had given me beef instead. I had to drive all the way back to get it corrected. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful, and I appreciate how she handled the situation. However, the guy there kept saying that I had ordered beef, which I know I did not. I never order beef, and I specifically asked for beans. Mistakes happen, but I didn’t appreciate being told that I ordered something I know I didn’t. I just wish the situation had been handled more respectfully.
Mexi fries are over done to the point they are inedible…
Ordered a crisp beef burrito and Mexican fries deluxe . We'll there was nothing crispy about the burrito one bit !! It was browned but had a very bad rubbery texture to it . The fries deluxe had so much sour cream and cheese on them it was terrible . And the tots that I could see tasted very burnt and old . Threw all the food out and will not be going here again !! Very disappointed!
