Just came from this location (idylwyld) and spent $51. I am beyond disappointed. The meat had zero flavor and was barely hot. I asked for no cheese on my daughter's 3 soft tacos they all came with cheese. No hot sauce included. Tater tots were greasy and I ended up throwing my $6 tots out. This entire experience was a let and a even bigger waste of money. I Will tell everyone I know to avoid this location. Its definitely the worst quality and service city wide. Ordered beef and cheese; was entirely unseasoned and the cheese tasted genuinely like playdough. I was starving so I tried to eat it anyways but eventually I couldnt swallow it. Offered to a non picky friend and he couldnt stomach it either. Friend ordered a bean and cheese tacos which the drive through repeated back, and then received beef and cheese. We drive across town to go to this location!!! We don't just come for the food - but for the lady manager!!! She is absolutely phenomenal - she still has good ol school values and conversations. That is SO important for us knowing how much customer service has changed! A close second is the food - being Taco time lovers we have frequented a few locations around the city and this location *hands down* has the BEST QUALITY of food and the BEST TASTING food. You will not be sorry you chose this Taco time!!!

Hadn’t gone to this TT for a while because of it being farther away. Very disappointed with the one I was using. Very generous portions. Definitely more than other locations I tried. Manager was excellent to work with. I had a small problem a year or so ago, but she (manager?) more than made it right. For me, it’s worth the extra drive to get a better meal.

Had two beef tacos for takeout. They were ok; nothing to rave about. However, they are a good price. The hot sauce was not particularly hot, but then again, I love spicy food, and other people may find that it has lots of heat. The service was fast and friendly.
