very disappointed today. waited in the drive up lane for more than 20 min and food was barely warm when we got it.

RecommendedWe decided that we should go support a local eatery that might be suffering because of COVID19 and I trust Taco Time is putting strict sanitation rules in, so I put my foot down for Taco Time and not Wendy's or McDonalds. My 4 year old cried the whole way from Springville to Payson because we weren't going to Wendy's. Rude customer service, instead of wanting to do what’s right they stated that they made the food right and know what they put on it over trying to do what’s right! They also took their phone off the hook so I was unable to get names of the employees. I do not recommend going unless you want your food made incorrectly and people who don’t care about their customers. Terrible customer service.
Honestly the best taco time we have eaten at! They really care about their customers!
