My carnita fries had a piece of twisted metal that I bit and hurt myself. My son was also eating so it could’ve happened to him. I have a picture but doesn’t give me the option to add it.
I waited in the drive thru for over 30 min. When I pulled upto the window, they said they didn’t have my order in the system and I had to re order my food and wait even longer. I asked for the meal to be free for wasting my time. I was told they would give me a free water or churro. I will never return to this location. Do not waste your time and go to a different location which has better customer service.
Stopped today for Taco Tuesday. The Asada tacos were perfect and the French fries were yummy. We were welcomed by staff when walking in, the girl who took the order was cheerful and friendly (R. Abril), place was clean and we received our food in about 10 minutes fresh and hot. This was a totally positive experience. Will return for sure. Thank you!
