My favorite Tacos/ burritos that's I've had. Yes I haven't tried every taco in L.A or the world, but Tacos Guelaguetza is locked in on what they do, meat cooked perfectly, sauce made with care. All the sides and extras fresh and crispy. Attention to detail at every level. Perfectly seasoned not to bland not too salty or overpowering. The suadero delicious, burritos delicious.
potentially the best street tacos that i’ve found in Los Angeles. up there with Brothers Cousins & Angels Tijuana Tacos. each meat is prepared perfectly. the salsa selection leans to the hotter side though very tasty, but if you’re not able to handle heat then their more mild/medium habanero and guacamole combo will do you well. can’t go wrong here!!
