TEC is the best Mexican restaurant in Grand Rapids. Speaking as someone who lived in San Diego for ten years this place reminds of all the great "hole in the wall" places in San Diego, Tijuana, & Rosarito. Taste like Baja style cuisine which is my favorite. Fresh food from scratch just like in SD. love TEC!!!!!!!
