We recently hired Taconic Electric to do a number of upgrades and repairs. They are professionals all the way. To start Denise is the office manager and I feel I have known her for years. She is efficient, caring and her follow up on their service is so reassuring, knowing that they back up and take pride in their service. The day of service was perfect and timely and respectful. 10/10 great experience. Received a quote from one company at 9am that I knew was astronomical. I called Taconic Electric shortly after and they had someone out for a free estimate the same day. Their price was 1/3 of the original and we approved it immediately. Within the next few days they were here to complete the work. Sean and his partner were extremely professional, clean, and diligent with their work. Highly recommended.
