Awesome experience! Everyone was courteous and friendly, and the piercer (Jessica) was very knowledgeable and experienced. I sent an email asking a question late at night after hours that received an immediate response; unexpectedly great levels of customer service!

I haven’t been in a piercing shop for almost twenty years and I’m so glad this was the shop I came to. Very chill environment, clean and professional but, more importantly, I felt welcome and felt really seen and heard. Just had a little stud put back in after 15 years—I feel like myself again! To be frank this was one of my most positive piercing experiences. My Medusa turned out absolutely amazing. If healing beautiful and the placement of flawless. All staff is knowledgeable and kind, but also firm on what needs to be done to make your piercing heal the best it can and to help prevent rejection. Plus was that they were very accommodating with me service dog, it was an amazing experience from start to finish and I will absolutely return for any other piercings in the future!
I walked right in and was welcomed by awesome people! They also have some of the most beautiful jewelry I’ve ever seen! The owner and piercer is so knowledgeable and totally calming! She answered all my questions! Would definitely recommend Tacoma’s Best Piercing to anyone who wants a beautiful quality piercing!
