The Boise store has an excellent selection of fasteners, tools, and many other quality useful items. The staff are always very friendly and helpful!
Went to the Olympia location looking for a brass fitting to get one of my HMMWVs up. Not only did they help me quickly find the fitting, but they allowed me to have it free of charge, in thanks for my service. As a maintenance Warrant Officer that has been serving for 18 years, I have had find parts on the economy many times. Never have I been treated so wonderfully as I was here. Today I went to Tacoma Screw in Georgetown with my toddler asleep in my arms. Frank helped me find a solution for attaching my mirror to table top vanity. He brought me a comfortable chair to hold sleeping little in while I waited then gave me the two pieces as samples for free. He then showed me how to connect pieces and carried the vanity framed mirror out to my vehicle. Frank is awesome! Thanks Frank! Frank deserves recognition, a raise and a piece of cake!! Go Frank.
