We had the pleasure of renting through NRB Property Management for about two years. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. Every time we had a question or maintenance issue they did their absolute best to answer and resolve promptly. We would still be renting through the company had we not moved out of state. One of the best companies I have dealt with. Very professional and friendly. I would say I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who seems to always carry a smile on his face and a positive attitude. He assisted me with questions I had with my situation and even responds on weekends and during his vacation when I didn't plan on a response. He just informed me he had spotty cell service but would assist me anyway he could. Overall, this company went above and beyond to assist me and others I have sent their way.
Horrible experience from the start!! We moved in and our rental was a disaster. Dirty, many broken items and in poor condition. NRB was very difficult to get ahold of and very slow to any maintenance requests or emails. Icing on the cake was when an employee named Bethany told us our last payment would be prorated since we were moving out early. Upon hearing this our family made special plans to move out early. We just moved out after 8 years of renting from NRB. Frankly, I am surprised at this person's negative comment. NRB was nothing short of amazing for us. Always responded quickly to anything needed on the home. We just moved out, and were happy to get all our deposit back. They did a preinspection with us. We recommend everyone to them.
I would advise staying away from this company. The 5 star rating below was the land lord I was renting the house from that hired this company. Trust me we had to do a lot of work to get in there with no help from NRB. They only have one person to show properties hundreds of properties and were incredibly rude when we told them we needed to come view the property sooner. You should deal with a better property management company. Friends of us told us about some other companies, and we are glad we choose NRB. We tried working with another company for over 4 months and not even one showing. After going to NRB, they had our place rented out in about 2 weeks. We were pretty impressed.
