My husband and I just purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue, and Bryant was an AMAZING help getting us there. We felt very heard and listened to and like we were given the best options for what we were needing for our family. Absolutely no pressure sales, friendly staff, and great cars! I would absolutely recommend this dealership. Update: just be careful when they ask you to come back and get your plates! Your parts department needs to get their things together and not speak down to customers.
I would give Jason who I worked with 5 stars, he was great. But I'm giving the dealership one star because I purchased a used car from them during this "huge sale" a few weeks ago and they made it seem like I was getting this great deal, but I don't think I got a good deal at all. I also don't think I got a fair trade-in value for the car that I traded in.
Oliver made the whole process easy. He is a very knowledgeable and personable young man. We are very happy with our new Titan.
