We were in search for an used Toyota Highlander after the wind storm a few weeks back totaled our previous vehicle. We saw one online and came in to see Trevor. He immediately presented as knowledgeable but provided a “no pressure” atmosphere which was much different than the feeling at our dealerships in town. He also used to work for a Toyota which meant he knew all about the Highlander model and could show us all its tricks. I had been talking with one of your sales people and while he was checking for me on a 4-Runner, running my credit and acting like he was selling me a car, the vehicle was sold out from underneath me. I was asked to put a down a deposit, I was not told someone else was interested in the vehicle. This was 2 days into the process. Very rude and very poor service. I hope no one else buying a vehicle from them.
BMW Northwest was great! Ask for Josh. The entire staff was great, accommodating and best of all not your typical sales environment.
BMW Northwest preowned is a hit. Their very professional and the salesman was not pushy. They allowed us to take our time and explore the vehicle inside and out. Job well done!
