parts department staff is great This is the only MINI dealership within the Seattle area. The salespeople are friendly and nice. It is very easy to do a test drive (no appointment and no hassle for walkin). Wait time for delivery seems to be too long (8 month for Cooper and over 1 year for S when I went there). So eventually I bought my car from another dealership, which I regretted. My other dealer didn't follow up at all with the purchase and my car was delivered with only 1 key and no glove box wallet. Thank you to my sales man, a gentleman I knew about Mini for many many years. I liked the impression of vivid red color with white roof. How beautiful the contrasting two colors were! Hard to believe When I decided to buy a new MINI, I knew I liked the car but was dreading the the whole sales process. I now have a new car and no complaints, in fact, the service was exceptional. I don't write reviews but decided to write this one because it was so exceptional, flawless, really. And when was the last time you felt that? I highly recommend the people at NWMini. My salesman was Jay, and he and everyone, and I mean everyone, there did an excellent job. Go MINI.
