My elderly mother doesn't have many fun things she can do anymore. One of her few activities is shopping at the Tacoma Mall. However, you have taken out all the seats/benches, so she has nowhere to stop and rest. There are eight "charging station" chairs between JC Penney and Macy's, which are always occupied by phone zombies. No other seats. I enjoy being at the Tacoma mall so many things to look at and alot of good sales
I thought the actual mall was nice...I was texting my daughter about all the shops. I was in Tacoma for a training so I went out the exit to my car. I went out the exit farther from the lot I was in and started walking to my car. Some boys in a car drove by as I was walking and yelled at me for being in the road. They had plenty of room to drive by. I didn't feel safe there after that and was sorry I stopped. I sure won't bring my daughter and grandkids there. People in Tacoma in general are hostile and rude.
