This is an amazing company! Our family just purchased our lot in Brewster WA and the TLC did a great job facilitating our land purchase and helping us get a list of well qualified contractors to build our new home. I have been trying to buy property with this company but never get called back and when I find one I like they don't follow threw on their end of what needs to be done next I still have the money down but they don't seem interested in selling much property and when I ask for info I get the worng info I just wish one person their would actually call and help someone buy property
