RecommendedI had a really hard time just finding any information on apartments in the Tacoma area. Michelle, the Property Manager at Tacoma Gardens, really worked tirelessly to assist me with options not only with her complex, but also within Dobler Management. Additionally, she personally called me to update me on upcoming rental openings and notified me of the different options!
They require you to make FOUR times the rent... which is extremely excessive. The standard should be 3x. Most people get caught in a situation of making too much for low income housing, but just shy of FOUR TIMES the rent. It limits renters...
My wife and I rented from Tacoma Gardens for 3 years. We enjoyed the location, nieghbors and the AMAZING Landlord. The apartments are nice, clean and the views are amazing! We had the pleasure have renting a single bedroom ground level unit and then moved into a spacious 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor. The maintenance is top notch, very friendly quick service to repair problems that arise. We had to move due to the dramitic rise in the cost of living in the area and could no longer afford it.
