My Dr Jason is great, but his recent receptionist is sometime else. Extremely rude, no professionalism. His old receptionist was awesome. Oriental receptionist was good too, but the new one is pretty rude. She should get training on how to communicate professionally
I finally got a family doctor after waiting almost 4 years and am very happy to be with Dr. Hashmati. He is very kind, compassionate, and has taken on my 2 daughters and husband as well. We haven’t had on physician for all our family since the late 90s and it makes life much easier. Dr. Hashmati has diagnosed illness that has plagued my daughters for years because he actually listened to their symptoms. I’m honestly heartbroken and disappointed with how I was treated at this clinic a couple of weeks ago. The staff were rude and unhelpful, to the point of denying the medication I truly needed. It’s painful to experience this kind of treatment, especially when you come seeking care and trust that your health will be prioritized.
