Excellent and fast service
I am so blessed to have Dr Bushmen as my family doctor.He is one of the rare physicians who really cares about his patients.Every time I go there I leave so grateful to have him.The girls on the desk try to be so accommodating.I really can't say enough good things about this clinic.
Just had Dr. Busahmen accepted as my family doctor and I couldn’t be happier. He’s genuinely kind, thoughtful, and takes the time to actually listen rather than rushing through the appointment. You can tell he cares about his patients as people, not just files on a desk. With how hard it is to find a family doctor in Nova Scotia these days, I feel lucky to be on his roster. Highly recommend.
The receptionist rude and impatient. One of them more so than the other. Professionalism in a professional environment is a must. They had a couple great ones but recently they are pretty rude. Nothing better than coming into the office to check in and have the group of them all talking and ignoring the person at the desk. That's exactly what people want to see. How to communicate with empathy and professionally is obviously required. The medical staff themselves are great.
