I wish there would be option for “ zero / no star “ review definitely would give it because of RECEPTIONIST negligence behaviour toward immigrants. If your clinic can’t behave well with outsiders , than mention on the website “ outsiders not allowed, only reserved for residents” , so that we can’t be victim of humiliation. We are humans , not robot. Treat us well like other people.
You have to arrive early if you want to be seen in a reasonable amount of time, but this is the case with all walk-ins in the HRM. Not their fault our system is broken. What to expect: The main building doors are opened around 7:45 - 8:00am. The clinic doors then open around 8:45-8:50am. By 9:45am the clinic was at capacity. Very bad receptionist with lots of attitude ! I do not recommend going there. The staff are unprofessional and have no consideration for families with kids. No updates on waiting times and absolutely no good communication skills. Very very disappointed
