I was mailed an offer of 45 thousand for my vehicle. Went in and they wouldn’t honor it. I asked why not, they said it was expired but did not know when. Offer is only 3 weeks old. No expiration date on the offer. Only offered me 37k. I then asked what made my vehicle 8k less than the mailed offer. They could not find anything wrong with my vehicle that they could justify 8k in losses value. Very predatory salesman. Would not recommend.
Every time I go to this dealership it’s something different. Recent example I have an oil change scheduled at the express lane. I call the day before to get a quote on tires. The first call I spoke with the main service department asked about a tire quote, they couldn’t give me one. They needed my vin number and would email the express lane. I thought this was crazy.
