I called them at 8AM to see if I could schedule a tech to sort out two issues I was having on my Kohler 20kw generator. I was expecting an appointment a few weeks out. Andy came out that afternoon. He was super knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He had my generator fixed and running great in under an hour. Could not recommend them more highly.
I have dealt with Mike Mayo at Tacoma diesel and equipment and he has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. I love it when I get really experienced partsman their worth their weight in gold if you’re doing business. I had been to roughly a dozen other businesses before I found Tacoma diesel and equipment and Mike was the only one who knew what I was talking about. He has helped us keep our operation running.
