My husband recently did 2 landscape jobs for the owner and she has refused to pay him for completed work at the most recent one, even though she agreed to his price upfront. Her interactions with him were sarcastic, which is highly unprofessional in a business interaction. If you prefer to stay with someone who follows ethical business practices, I do not recommend that you stay with her.
Great place to stay while on business or when traveling. I stayed for a few months while looking to purchase a home in the area. Very clean, safe and felt just like staying in your own home. Close to a bunch of amenities, and the freeway, in case you need to travel in the area. Very friendly owners who take pride in the property. My only complaint is that wifi was out for part of one day, but addressed immediately by the owners, and was not an issue for the rest of my stay. The owner Kimberly is rude & obnoxious. If you're person of color. DON'T RENT. I REPEAT DONT RENT FROM HER!!!
I stayed here for several months while working on my house. The property was clean and comfortable and the gated off-street parking was great! The house had all the amenities that I needed; having a full kitchen and laundry were especially nice after a long day. Kimberly (the owner) was very helpful and responsive in providing directions and guidance for local attractions, grocery stores, etc. She clearly takes pride in restoring older homes and was always working to improve the property.
