I had a fantastic time representing my organization, the NW Furniture Bank at TCC's volunteer fair yesterday. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and it was great to get to make so many wonderful connections with interested students as well as with the other agencies who attended the event. Thank you TCC! (As a TCC alum it's always great to visit!)
I've attended a few different schools, and TCC has the most programs to help low-income and otherwise disadvantaged students overcome barriers of any school I've known or have known others to go to. On top of that, the faculty is on-par with the state university I used to go to, greatly outshining the faculty at the former community college I used to attend. My music teachers are passionate about teaching music. They are there to help no matter how big or small. There's no stupid questions in fact they encourage you to ask questions and socialize. Been out of school for 2 decades but I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience at TCC.
This school is awesome. The entire staff is helpful and works to help you succeed. I am getting so much more out of this school than I ever expected to get from a community college!
