Not a single review above 2 stars. Interesting. Firstly, the anesthesiologist that I worked with for my surgery was superb. She was professional, and explained the procedure clearly. The reason for my 1 star review is this. TAA bills separately from MultiCare. I was not notified of this practice beforehand. The only way I found out is by receiving a call from a collections agency over a year and a half after surgery. You cannot get in touch to ask questions. I have tried for three months! Phone number says they are down and now closed. This has been for several months. I only pay with a flex card but you cannot access their online billing. It is no longer available. Had to get a money order to pay this bill. Not a very professional company and unfortunately when going to surgery, you cannot choose who they use for anesthesia. Poor business.
My experiences with this group have been average to below average all around. Before surgery they created unnecessary hoops for me to jump through (opinion of other medical professionals) and their choice of billing companies is so disappointing that I'll do my best to avoid using their services by going elsewhere for any future non emergent surgeries requiring anesthesia.
