Found multiple pieces of hair in food. Bought it on my way home from work, would try to resolve this but no one answers the phone

It was disturbing to oberve from the drive thru window, a man standing by the steam table, using his bare hand, digging into one of the lined food pans on the line. Im not sure if it was rice or potatoes but he was able to roll it in his hand, mash it into what appeared to be a ball and toss it into his mouth. Disgusting.
