I'm A Dasher, I hate every time they respond on the app the order is ready.happenns every order. Then I'm still waiting for the customers food also late on delivery. If your food is late it's not the driver. Yes it does hurt the driver rating.(Altus Oklahoma Taco Mayo). I'll just let the customers know that it's not ready! And send a screen shot with the correct time I've picked up customers'orders.
