We love Taco Mama! Every single location in the Huntsville area has been great, and the Madison location is no different. The food is always fresh, the margaritas are fabulous, and the friendly service is second to none. I don't know how they manage to hire such lovely young folks. Whatever they're doing, they are doing it right! We're happy customers. :)
If you are going to cut the drinks off at 9pm. It would be a great service to mention it to the guests sitting outside who just received their food. Really disappointed. The dining room person was very polite. Didn't love the food the guac had a lot of sour cream kind of ruined it. The atmosphere was stressful since they rushing to close which made feel like I had to rush. Too bad.
