Customer since day one. Restaurant was practically empty at 5pm. Five, yes 5, Waitresses standing around at bar just talking as if we were invisible. After 15 mins, got up a left, I won’t be back. Horrible customer service. Instead of the manager trying to reconcile the situation, he says thank you....and let’s us walk out. Done.Done.Done. Drive to Mexican Village, down the road, had attentive service and delicious food!
RecommendedWe have never been dissatisfied with any dish at taco loco. The staff is very attentive, always busy, but worth the wait!

I have loved this place for years but the last few months service is terrible. Waitstaff dosen’t come to check or refill anything.. they need to fix their waitstaff or retrain them in order for customers to keep coming back
Amazing margaritas and service
Delicious tostadas and the best margaritas! Great service. Yummy! Highly recommend!
Walked into around 2:30 and they were not very busy. 3 or 4 dirty booths. My boyfriend and I asked for a booth because we had our baby with us and the is much easier. she set the menus down on a table and walked away. someone came out and cleaned a little off each booth. Then another server walks by us standing up and asks if she got us drinks yet. I said we we're waiting for a booth and didn't even get to look at a menu yet. Great food but the service was horrible!
poor service consistently the last 3 times. it wasn't busy, drinks take forever if they come out at the same time. you literally wait for water, sour cream, to go boxs but, on top of picking up bill after they get off the phone. I'm a server and bartender for 20 yrs. service has to be #1.
