Finally, an awesome fast food place in Windsor! We had Gerald as our server and he was amazing! He really went above and beyond with his service! So we ordered and right as we got our food, Gerald came over and said that he missed the rice in our griller. He let us keep the one without and got us a new one without charge! This man is awesome! Someone please give him a raise!
Young dude working the window 8/6/24 @ 7pm was great. Super kind and professional, answered all of my questions and made recommendations. Absolutely deserves a raise & acknowledgment from his staff. In a place that seems to have struggled with customer service in the past, this was a great experience.
As opposed to my usual reviews, this will be short... any Taco Bell is far far better than this Taco John's! The order taker was pleasant, but the beef burritos, bean burritos, crispy tacos and quesadillas (we purchased several of each for the family) were wet tortillas at best! Outside of the crispy tacos, all burritos and quesadillas operated with an anemic portion of beef or beans or cheese>>>maybe a tablespoon of ingredients each. Avoid at all cost!!!
