Not sure wth was goin on tonight but I waited in drive thru for 49 min.blocked in ,another customer stopped by my car and informed me to not waste my time ,said the cook was nodding off and the young bou was new said he had waited over a hr.for 4 tacos .I finally got to the window and the young boy took my card and proceeded to just walk away from the window with my card in his hand after he had already ran it .Finally got my card back and then he came to the window and ask me for my ticket which I had never received. I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, but the experience was pretty average. The order took quite a bit of time to come out, and the ingredients just didn't taste as fresh as I had hoped for. It was a decent enough spot to grab a quick bite when I was in a hurry, but nothing about the flavor or the service really stood out or made me want to rush back.
Do you like your order being taken by artificial intelligence? And then telling them what you need and confirming that’s definitely what you’re gonna get. Getting to the drive-through window paying for your food, which you already ordered and then waiting. Just Long enough for the person at the window to tell you that you now have to be ranked up a second time because the artificial intelligence didn’t charge you for hot sauce.
