Some of the nicest people I've met since moving to the area. Can't fault them for the ceiling dripping and causing half the dining area to be closed. The actual people there were incredibly kind. Never had this chain since moving west. Happy to go back if only for how awesome the staff was
Was in town for a hockey tournament
Super disappointed in this place I never go here but when I do it's always a terrible experience, my last visit I got a burrito and quesadilla the burrito wasn't even fully wrapped so it all fell out before even getting it out the package, the quesadilla was the same experience I couldn't get it out the wrapper and even once I tore it open it was completely a mess I couldn't even eat it. It gets worse every time I come here STAY AWAY!!!
I was recently put on a gluten free dairy free diet. I ordered a Boss Bowl online. I chose the option the remove the cheese and the sour cream. Got it home. Opened it up to check it over and there was shredded cheese mixed in. I wasn't able to eat my dinner and I wasn't able to go back and have them make a new one due to lack of time due to prior engagements.
