Super rude attitude
This is my third time visiting this Taco Casa location, and I want to recognize Hanaa (I believe that’s her name). She’s an Indian lady who is always so fast, sweet, kind, and welcoming. Every time I come through, she greets me with a smile and asks, “How are you?” Whether she’s making conversation or simply being courteous, it genuinely makes customers feel valued.
