I usually don’t have a problem but last week I went and bought 3 tacos. They were stale- I called immediately but only received a voicemail- Markus the manager called me back the next day. He apologized and said I could have 5 taco bucks. I went back through the drive thru and advised them of what I was told. They messed up my order yesterday, so I went to get it fixed, and the manager making the food was SO attentive to detail. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, because she was amazing. If taco casa reads this, she was African American light skinned with a Texas ranger hat (she was the only one in the middle aisle with a hat making the food). She was very attentive to detail, and made me feel like I mattered. She needs to be promoted higher up the food chain.
I got a super burrito and I asked for two flour tortillas no problem
