With its liberal use of cheddar cheese and menu items like "tacoburgers" it's what you might call a Kansas interpretation of Mexican food. But it works. The chalupa (I think that's what they call it)--a flat fried tortilla spread with refrieds, beef and a pile o' shredded cheddar, is one of those salty/crunchy/greasy things that create instant addiction. Delicious YUM!: One word....DELICIOUS!!! I moved away from Topeka and the one eating place I miss the most is Taco Casa! I ate Taco Casa everyday! Its simple yet so fresh and tasty!
