I don’t know what it is about this specific location, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered a burrito from here, the person making the burrito seems to ALWAYS put BURNT chicken fijita meat inside of my burrito🙄 I feel like obviously if the meat is burnt, you throw it out because who in the world wants to eat meat that is obviously burnt?? This used to be the best location.However , the last two times I came , it was not. Today, I ordered a small steak quesadilla with Pico no sour cream. Well,I got no sour cream and no pico and they put it on the ticket. I know they were busy , but if you can't be at the machine where you can remember it when you take the order , you should not take the order. Unfortunately , I didn't realize until I got to the hospital because I had an appointment , so I had to eat it anyway. The problem with this is I really love the flavor ... read more

Today we ordered soft ground beef tacos and a ground beef burrito, meat was very undercooked and pink. The manager did acknowledge and provide a refund. Today the food gets 1 star but service gets 5 stars.
