The young man in the drive-thru is very friendly and works very hard. Orders have always been on point!
I walked into the store and no one greeted me at the counter. Three employees working and not one said, “We will be with you”. I’m not sure if the GM is aware of this kind of horrible service!!!!!! If you can’t take a customer order at the minimum you can do is acknowledge their presence. Thank you and hopefully this is corrected.
3rd time going here and can never use my rewards at this location …. I think they have it turned off and want us to pay for items ! Rice was hard barely any meat in my cabana bowl , a whole lot of beans n rice ! Too disappointed…
