Asked for a cheesecake chimi and they gave me an old one first then they gave me a burnt one with an attitude cause they had “just cooked the first one” when it wasn’t even hot. What a joke .
Portion sizes down (shrinkflation) and prices up. Borderline scam at this point. The poor tortilla looks sad and floppy because there is barely anything inside of it. I’m sorry that you’re sorry I had a bad experience. We hope that you’ll make things right and win customers back.
