In line for 25 min. Food was wrong, chips were stale and the beef was so salty we couldn't eat it, l mean stupid salty. like prank salty. l will not be back to this location unless they get new management and a new crew. Horrible horrible food.
Wholotta box didn't have salsa or rice and missing a burrito. Stale chips and a drop of cold beans on the burritos. Horrible!
This location never has the firehouse salsa. If you bring it up then they short you food items. Got the worst Wholelotta platter I have ever seen. Main reason I get it is for the cheese sauce but I didn't get that nor the chips. feel the portion of rice was about half normal size too. Not to mention no plasticware nor napkins given out. I thought this place was starting to get better awhile back but they are sinking to a new low now.
Whoever owns this taco bueno really needs to go eat there! It is nasty! The service is horrible, the food is horrible, the place smells horrible! I don’t know how this place is still open!
There's a reason that they won't allow us to post photos on here. They served me a Mexi-dip with small to-go cups, instead of chip bowls, and BLACK guacamole. Then they refused to issue a refund, because I could not produce the receipt that they failed to provide. So my money went in the garbage, just like the spoiled food they proudly served. Have made several attempts to contact HQ, with no response. 🤔
I drove away tonight from the 116th Street N, Owasso, location after waiting, trapped, in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. When I FINALLY got to the window, there was old, dried food all over the window and the inside was filthy. I just couldn’t get that food and eat it! It was beyond disgusting! The owner needs to get a hold of what’s going on in his/her store. We won’t be back.
Ordered on doordash. The beans on my nachos were burnt!!! Chips also!!! Asked for no peppers or tomatoes and got them. My husband didn’t get his chips or his drink that was suppose to be with his order. The salsa is like water. Wouldn’t recommend this bueno to anyone!!!!
They had tacos only!!!!! The guy at the drive thru was rude! This place is a joke. I don’t see either store lasting much longer.
